Vice Principal

Message from our Vice Principal

“The highest education is that which does not merely give us information, but makes our life in harmony with all existence.” - Rabindranath Tagore"

A long journey towards perfection has just begun; a journey to learn through experiences, observations, hard work and commitments. The journey can be rewarding and full of accomplishments if you chart the road map with positive attitude, ambition and action. A school is a place where students begin to learn the lesson of life

At National Public School, Kalkere, the uniqueness of each child is recognized, nurtured and treasured. Emphasis is on learning and not on teaching.

he school curriculum has been planned on guidelines to provide students with intellectual stimulation, physical robustness, social adaptability, emotional independence and leadership qualities. Education is a complete process that leads to the attainment of the full potential of the child. Our endeavor is to equip our students with life-skills to face the real world - be it planning, organizing, deciding, questioning, reasoning, analyzing, team-building, communicating effectively or dealing with challenges confidently.

The entire purpose of education is not to restrict itself to imparting bookish knowledge only but inculcate humanitarian values like wisdom, compassion, courage, humility, integrity and reliability in a student.

We at NPS, Kalkere, provide holistic education where children evolve as individuals, who are self-motivated and creative, who can think, question and reason out logically; who are independent, confident and leaders capable of taking decisions. With the commitment and dedication of our faculties and the active interest and involvement of parents in the progress of the child, we can smoothen and enhance the road that we will travel in NPS, Kalkere..

I hope the sincere effort we are putting in will serve as a stepping stone towards the many milestones we have to cover to reach out, reach high, reach beyond.

Best wishes,
Mrs.Smitha Menon
