Independence Day Poster Activity by Grades 1-5 (2021-22)

“Azadi ka Mahotsav’ -The slogan sums up the celebration we all are a part of, on the occasion of our 75th Independence Year Celebrations.

To commemorate this occasion, we at NPS Kalkere conducted a poster making activity on freedom fighters on 13th August 2021. The students of Class 1 to 5 participated enthusiastically in the activity.

The future of a country lies in the hands of the children. Taking this thought forward, the activity was to address the feeling of patriotism among the students as well as to make them aware of our freedom fighters, who sacrificed their lives for our independence.

The occasion of Independence Day inspires each one of us to thank our heroes for it. The children wholeheartedly participated in the event, drawing beautiful slogans, and putting their ideas on paper.

They also shared information on the freedom fighters, in all the activities did help in bringing about awareness in students about the real heroes of Independent India.
