Ms Gabrielle da Silva, a Masters in Cake Art from City Guilds University, London, she taught the students how to prepare the perfect icing frost and how to decorate cupcakes using icing. She also gave valuable tips on how to bake cakes of different flavours. The Q & A session gave the students an opportunity to interact with the guest, and get their doubts clarified.
